Our estate vineyard in the Dundee Hills, Rambouillet Vineyard, continues to impress as it matures, yielding fruit of remarkable depth and character. The 2011 Rambouillet Vineyard Pinot Noir opens with fragrant cassis and vibrant red fruit. A sweet entry, reminiscent of baked persimmon, gives way to a layered mid-palate of peppercorn, clove, and barley malt. The finish is seamless yet captivating, leaving a lasting impression.
