This careful blend of Pommard, Dijon 828, Dijon 777, and Dijon 115 clones—grown at our estate Rambouillet Vineyard and the neighboring Lillie’s Vineyard in Dundee—is a triumph of precision and place. Gently aged in French oak for 10 months and held back for additional bottle aging before release, our Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is crafted for depth, elegance, and longevity, revealing greater nuance over time.

Taste Profile

The 2021 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir features notes of cranberry, dusty wild raspberry, and rose petal. Mid-palate, hints of vanilla bean and silky fine tannins emerge. The long finish is perfumed with currant, forest floor, and hints of pepper.
