A careful blend of Dijon 115, Dijon 777, Dijon 828 & Pommard clones
Gently aged in French oak for 10 months and reserved for additional bottle aging before release, our Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is made to endure, building power with age.

Taste Profile

• Classic Dundee Hills nose of baking spices; anise, clove and vanilla, complimented by plum, raspberry and toasty oak.
• A rich palate with a sweet entry and fine tannin followed by notes of ripe, dark fruit and toasty oak.
