The Rambouillet Vineyard is our estate vineyard in the Dundee Hills and this site and the fruit that we cultivate here has continued to impress us as the vineyard matures.  The Dusky Goose 2011 Rambouillet Vineyard Pinot noir has a fragrance of cassis berries and lively red fruit.  This wine has a sweet entry, reminiscent of baked persimmon, transitioning into a mid palate with peppercorn, clove and barley malt.  The finish is seamless yet captivating.
